PS/NOTE: You need proof of Commercial Auto Insurance at the appropriate level and Agent for Service before the FMCSA authorizes you to operate. And, then other requirements such as UCR and IFTA may follow. We wish to work with you so you can serve the public safely and make a profit while doing so….
THE LETTER DESIGNATIONS AT THE END OF A “MC#” SIGNIFIES THE TYPE OF SERVICE YOU MAY PROVIDE. FIRST
SELECT THE TYPE OF TCP LICENSE YOU WANT……. For Regular-route Share-ride Service, or Limousine and other GeneralPrearranged/Charter Services you need “MC#-C” for “common carrier service licenses” that allow you to serve everybody; and for  “contract carrier service” not out to serve the general public you need “MC#-P”. (IF NOT SURE, P/S CHECK FOR MORE INFORMATION IN “ABOUT MC/US-DOT LICENSES” OR CALL US AT 323-378-6494).
